Mike Morawski is a 30+ year real estate investment veteran. He has controlled over $285,000,000 in real estate transactions along with being an entrepreneur, author, real estate trainer, public speaker, and personal coach with strong resilience. His deep desire to help others live an extraordinary life is evident in his day to day work coaching hundreds of real estate investors to fulfill their dreams.
Mike began as a general contractor in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, entered the real estate industry as a sales agent building a team of agents and support staff that produced over $20 mm per year in sales production. In 2005, he started a private equity firm, raising $18 mm in private equity and acquired $60 mm in multi-family apartments including 4,000 units in five different US markets. As part of the company’s growth, Mike built and developed a property management division that managed 7,500 units.
Roschelle McCoy has a passion for helping everyday people understand the power of real estate investing so they can live a financially free life by design. She’s been investing in real estate since 2017 and currently controls over $6M in real estate assets in Florida and Illinois. Initially focused on single family homes and small multifamily, appreciation and NOI on these properties have doubled in three short years due to consistent, intentional execution of her business strategy. Roschelle is now focused on multifamily investing; creating safe, affordable workforce housing in emerging markets across the US that provide excellent returns for passive investors while giving back to local communities and charitable organizations.
In her spare time she’s a mother of three very energetic boys, wife and dedicated advocate for St Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the St Jude Runs organization; helping fundraise over $135K since 2011.
Seldin Korkutovic's passion for real estate sparked when he started his career as a residential realtor in the state of Texas. Soon after beginning in the residential space he was introduced to multifamily by one of his clients and mentor.
He attended college at Texas Christian University majoring in finance with a focus on real estate.
His primary focus is on sourcing multifamily properties as well as analyzing and underwriting assets.
Our team analyzes hundreds of deals to find the 'diamonds in the rough' that we project will perform well for our investors.
